Yoga Bio
Nicole began practicing yoga asana around 2001 to help manage stress from college. Ten years later while attending a weekly vinyasa class, she experienced positive changes in both her physical strength and sense of calm. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in 2015. Nicole is also trained in yin yoga with Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner of Embodied Therapy, and is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.
Nicole is mama to two little boys, and continues to be grateful for the benefits of yoga and meditation in everyday life. She lives with her family in NE Minneapolis, and loves reading ridiculously long novels, reminiscing about her travel obsession (on hold just a little bit longer), and singing. Nicole aims to provide a welcoming space where students can relax while listening to their inner voice.
