On-Site Yoga and Meditation

I am available to guide you or your group through yoga, meditation and breathwork. Session length and content can be tailored to you or your group’s needs. I would love to talk with you about what kind of experience I could provide to enhance wellbeing.

Recent settings have included early-morning yoga sessions at regional and national conferences, an all-day retreat in partnership with Katrina Pierson of Mindfulness Works at the Harley Nature Center, and private yoga and meditation at the Salt Cave in Minneapolis.

Please inquire using the contact form below, or send an email to nicolenavratil@proton.me. Thank you for your interest!

Yoga Bio

I began practicing yoga asana (poses) around 2001 to help manage stress from college. Ten years later while attending a weekly vinyasa (a type of yoga) class, I experienced positive changes in both my physical strength and sense of calm. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in 2015. I am also trained in yin yoga with Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner of Embodied Therapy, and am a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. In May of 2026, I earned a Trauma-Informed Leadership Certificate from Allred Consulting.

I’m a very happy mama to two little boys (ages 6 and 3), and continue to be grateful for the benefits of yoga and meditation in everyday life. I live with my family in NE Minneapolis, and love reading ridiculously long novels, daydreaming about future travel plans, and singing.

It is my honor to provide a welcoming space where everyone can relax while listening to their inner voice.
