Spiritual Direction

I am currently offering one-hour spiritual direction practicum sessions for people who are looking to be intentional about their spiritual journey. These sessions are open to anyone who wants to explore spiritual questions, deepen their connection with the Divine (aka The Universe, God, All That Is, etc.), or simply create space to reflect with a compassionate companion.

I welcome people of all faith traditions, including those who don’t identify with a specific tradition, are atheist, or agnostic. My personal spiritual path is a blend of inclusive and progressive Lutheran faith, yoga, and nature-based spirituality, with elements of Buddhism. I approach spiritual direction with deep respect, curiosity, and care, trusting that each person’s path is unique and sacred.

These practicum sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $25 to $50 and are part of my training as a spiritual director. While I am still in training, I am committed to holding our conversations in confidence and will receive supervision as part of my ongoing learning.
